The Power of Prayer From the Depths of Despair

Over 400 people packed into the parish hall of St. Patrick Church on August 22nd to hear Tony Philips give his witness.  Like the prodigal son, Tony’s family welcomed him back after years of alcohol and drug addiction.  Tony credits the power of prayer for pulling him out of the depths of despair.  He said the sacrament of reconciliation has been especially important to him.
