I believe all of us will agree Satan lost to GOD and always will. So why do we allow Satan to win in our lives when we know that GOD can and will give us the strength, courage, help, support to Win over Satan if we go to HIM?
The easy answer is to say I am a sinner and imperfect and allow Satan room to fester! The hard answer is to say I am weak and need GOD every day to battle for me, with me, the demons I have, that we all have.
Satan wants division: from us with GOD, from me to my wife, or neighbor, or co-worker or church, etc. Satan is a divisive divider. Division kills individuals, marriages, relationships, people and churches.
In today’s Gospel from Luke, Jesus tells us:
“WHOEVER IS NOT WITH ME IS AGAINST ME. AND WHOEVER DOES NOT GATHER WITH ME SCATTERS” – LK 11:14-23
I encourage all of us in our troubles, fears, anxieties, worries to go to JESUS and be with HIM, do not let the evil one lead us to despair. Go To JESUS! Go Now To Jesus!!!
